I give this place 0 stars!!! The customer service counter people are completely worthless! I called for almost an 1hr trying to get a human at the counter. No luck! I get there and they say they'll help bring my tree to the front bc I have my baby daughter with me. Ten minutes later still nobody comes out. Now I take my daughter out of her car seat and go in a grab the tree from behind the counter. Y??because she's helping someone else. How about finishing with one customer at a time!! Shop at lowes.
