Really bad customer service. Will not accept my military ID This will be the 3rd time I have had to get a different military ID for HD. I called the corporate office - No luck. Why offer a program for the military if its impossible to use.
We had our kitchen remodeled last February by Home Depot. The designer was very nice, but the work was of poor quality. The white on the cabinets is chipping off. The counter tops are separating at the seams, and we are very disappointed. As soon as the project was done we were unable to contact anyone from home depots remodeling department. We had considered having the flooring replaced by Home Depot but not now.
