Great Store with very friendly Pro Desk Associates that it's hard to find at other stores.
Amazingly positive experience today. A young man (Jason) greeted me, then asked me what I was looking for, took me to the product, and walked me back to a register and handled the checkout. Single person service. I was extremely impressed. In and out in less than 3 minutes. Keep it up, and I'll never visit Ace or Menards again.
I come to this store all the time. I rented a plate compactor for a small paver project I did. I used it briefly only to realize it was cracking the pavers. Returning it a half hour later, the store was kind enough to refund my full amount. This kind of customer service and consideration will undoubtedly keep me coming back.
I love this Home Depot. The staff is super nice and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces.
Great store ! Needed duck tape. Asked one of the people where it was. He knew where it was and was a nice resource to go to. He worked in the paint Department and knew while isle to get the duck tape. Very Helpful!!!
