HD sells 48" tile but not the saw needed to cut it. They don't even offer a rental. How do they expect people to get it installed? They offer the saw online, but there isn't one in Metro Phoenix, not even to rent. Keep this in mind before you order any big tiles, they don't offer any customer support after your purchase.

My mother special orders a smoker for my husbands birthday. They said it would be ready for pick up on 10-30-17. She drove 45 minutes to go pick it up to be told it wasn’t ready. They said they would deliver it to my house on 11-1. Well guess what it’s 11-2 and still no smoker. I rented a pool pump from this location. The hoses had enormous leaks thus making it extremely difficult to drain my pool. After it took far longer to drain my pool than I was quoted, I called and asked for recommendations. The employee told me to bring the equipment in and my time would be restarted and that I would only be charged for 1 day of rental. The kids workshop is okay at this Home Depot. Nothing wrong with it...but I love the customer service from Sarah at Peoria/59th.
I have ordered over $16,000 in carpet for 2 different houses. They have messed up both orders in multiple ways. The incorrect carpet was delivered on the day of installation a week ago. We are now living in a house with disassembled furniture and there is no word on when the correct carpet will be installed. Installation was scheduled tomorrow for our other house and when I called to confirm, they let me know that not only is the carpet not going to be installed, it's not even expected in the warehouse until Friday.
