I live at 63 & Peoria since 1989. Since home depot(59 & Peoria) established. It's 50/50 that customer service will be decent or rude. I ask for help and am almost always sent to another section where no one is. OR I can't find anyone at all. it's like they leave if they see me coming. This has been ongoing! Today I went to Lowe's and they were very helpful. I have to go 4 miles round trip. At least they are willing to help. I assume they want my money.

Worst store in the valley. The youngster working the customer service desk was rude and didn’t want to listen. He just cost you and your company a lot of money as we are doing a major remodel of our home. I will never shop again at any Home Depot nor will I allow my company to use you either.

I went to buy command strips to organize my utility closet. The web site says they are available in this store and cost $5 and change for one broom holder. First the customer service person (not pleasant) grabbed my phone and told me they were not available in store (???). I guess not only she is rude but she can't read. I kept looking by myself and what I was looking for. The price was almost $9 for one. The cashier refused to match the store price to the web price saying it is their policy.
