To: Home Depot Chesapeake... shame on you. My parents were going to buy all of their appliances from you until we were met with two very rude people. We were told our Military Discount would not be applied to sale items... huh? And the most you would ever get from "that" discount is $50. All of this on Veteran's Day. I responded with "funny, Lowe's gives the discount on everything, plus the extended financing." Ladies Night was fabulous. The employees that were running the event were very attentive and jumped into help when needed
This store is a poor excuse for a business! My husband is 66 yrs. old & several times has stopped here to purchase bulk items & not 1 time has there been an employee to help him load 40lb bags of dirt or rocks. Tonight was no different! A customer in the garden area helped him get bags of rocks off the shelf & another offered to help load our truck. There were other customers wanting help with loading bags of mulch...there was no help for them either. They had to load their own purchases. SAD!!
Customer service is a JOKE. The wait times to get someone to help is absolutely ridiculous.
There is always an associate available to help find what I need. Just bought a new dishwasher from Sharon in appliances. Thanks Sharon.
