Not enforcing the mask policy. I saw at least 4 staff members without masks and quite a few customers also. Bad business unsafe.
RecommendedThis is by far my favorite Home Depot in the area. I always have a pleasant experience and great customer service. Today, I decided to leave a review because an associate went beyond expectations to make my visit as smooth as possible. We have been shopping at this Home Depot for the past few years as we have been remodeling our older home. The customer service can’t be beat! They have great associates who are willing to answer any questions. We especially appreciate the folks in the paint section who are always able to resolve any issues we have and provide suggestions on our projects. Thank you!
I'm a little annoyed about what happen today!!! The customer service was great don't get me wrong but...I purchased what I thought was a brand new fan!!!! It was NOT!!!! A $70 fan on top of it!!! It's missing the remote, pieces of it in a sandwich bag like seriously?!? I dont have the time to make second trips back to stores!! I have 5 jobs that keep me busy enough!
