Went to HD this morning and was denied vet discount. They are so inconsistent on this. Went to Lowes. HD has lost a customer for life. 100% Lowes from now on. Chesapeake square store.
Home Depot employees were rocking the crazy, busy day today! Especially the guy working the drive thru mulch/soil/landscaping pickup area with the bandana and glasses. That dude was a one man machine (his work buddy was kinda lame) and he was doing the work of 2 guys. Everybody inside was super helpful too, thanks Home Depot, be back tommorrow for more supplies!
Nice Friendly people, great value for your money
You need to take lessons from Lowes. They give 10% discounts to veterans on everything. You never know if you are getting a discount on an item util you check out.
Don’t normally rant on here but we have had a really bad experience with Home Depot and flooring. Asked for money back they agreed but told us it would be 5-7 days. We are now on day 12 and now Being told it will be 14 days. So are they going to pay interest on our 1500 They we’re quick to take it out of bank first day been two weeks. they have lost a customer big time.
LADIES NIGHT at the Home Depot was so much fun. The team is awesome and very helpful. Our project was making a stocking (wood), painting it & putting it together. Lots of fun.
I spend so much time at the HD,Southern Chesapeake that some will most likely think I work there. Whenever I've had an electrical question, Dave Bridgers was there to help.Likewise,When it comes to plumbing Mike Ducatte has all the answers.And when it comes to flooring and mill work questions,Bob Operto is the answer-man.Great job!
I would absolutely, without a doubt, give this store ZERO stars if FB would allow it. Absolutely incompetent at the job they are paid to do. Rude “customer service.” Did not stick to their guarantee—signs all over the store claiming carpet it up to 8 days. We are waiting MORE THAN 3 weeks. Called, spoke to rude workers who claimed there was no one I could speak to to fix the problem. Manager doesn’t work weekends so now I can’t speak to anyone until Monday. Meanwhile, we are walking around on concrete and sleeping in a kids ... read more
