We bought our last heat pump from Home Depot and very satisfied with the service. Now we need a new one and I asked on line for a quote. True customer service is still alive! A big thank you to Todd from who helped me out today. He took extra time to assist me beyond just pointing out a product on the shelf or mentioning what isle I might find what I'm looking for.
Very caring sales associate & manager last night! Website said open until 10 but store was only open until 9pm. I showed up at 9:15 looking for bolt cutters as I locked myself out of my U-Haul & just moved here. Through the locked door the associate cared enough to listen to my need & went to the manager who got bolt cutters for me. Thank you both!
un ferramenta molto utile a tutti
