I only gave 1 star b/c I had to. I got a $5 coupon I wanted to use on a replacement window the 1 & only cust. service rep. in the dept. was on the phone when I approached the desk, he told me 1min. 10 min. went by he finally hung 2 sec later back on the phone. So naturally I did the next best thing took my money to LOWES. Customer service was excellent as usual & they coupon matched. This is why this Home Depot SUCKS. Was once a good store now is run by a bunch of inconsiderate wanna be cust. service reps..

I usually shop at Lowe's b/c it's closer, but no one helps you. You spend all your time looking for items, or looking for help. I decided to go to Home Depot and had at least 4 employees come up to me and ask me if I needed help. I appreciate the Customer Service! From now on, I will do my shopping at Home Depot! Thank you!

As far as ordering any flooring with Home Depot ," Don't bother."They don't deliver your flooring on time and Home Depot Does Not Work with convence scheduling to comamdate for the customers.Home Depot has called me the customer to tell me their window of hours are 7am- 8pm. This is Very POOR services. Who on god's earth Would go for this and have the nerve to CHARGE A 15% CHARGE to cancel the order. Worst experience I have ever had at a home depot. I was doing for carpet and they had a discounted rug marked 50% off marked price. The store manager linda was extremely rude and would not honor the price! Taking my business to Lowe's.
