Beautiful plants!�����������
We purchased a grill, fire pit and a few other items today. The gentleman in the grill department assured us the grill came whole except for putting the legs on. He said "it only takes about 4 screws to complete"... well 3 hours later we are now on page 15 of 23 pages of instructions and in about 64 nuts and other hardware. However, I have to say... it's been a fun family project that we are all doing together in the living room ( even the dog is watching) .... so thank you for the laugh! Beware of customer service opening a credit card account, they made a mistake twice, 6 points minus on my fiance's credit report . Do to poor customer service training. They don't care �, back and forth, to the store and customer service on the phone. It's ridiculous! They don't care, their response is to call customer service, but the girl at the desk made the mistake .
To be fair, it’s the online site that is the problem. First, I ordered $2200.00 in appliances. They delivered the stove and microwave but no power cord. The best they could offer was delivery of the power cord one week later. So there they sat for a week. Useless. Being a slow learner, I tried to order some other items. The “default” town was wrong. I called Home Depot and they said I should be able to pick the correct town from a drop down menu, based on the zip code. That feature did not exist. So I’m done wasting time and... read more
Manager assisted with check out and comped conflict. Very busy day for them, not enough cashiers. The manager opened one to help with the check out flow and some folks moved in front of me. I said something (as we are all trying to check out of the store) and after someone back filled the manager's spot she came over to check me out and comped my basket. -Very unexpected in this day and age.

I had to show ID to buy spray paint I am 53 years old gray hair and a veteran business owner will waste the time I will purposely patronize your competition just because you insulted me this evening
Service was excellent! Always a representative to help me with what I need.
We were in the store for 1 hour and 45 minutes today. The first associate told us " not my section, wait ten minutes someone will be able to help you, 20 minutes nothing. I went to the front and asked for assistance, she picked up phone an dialed, nothing. We flagged down another associate who sent over another associate still not his area but at least tried to help. He than had to find someone to help, ridiculous. I have worked retail for over thirty years, this trip should have been 30 minutes in and out. What a waste of t... read more
