I bought a French Door in June, it took until September to finally get it installed because no one called the installer. Once it got here the screen door is defective and falls off when their installer tried to put it on 3 times!!! To top it off instead of replacing the door they’re sending me a roll of screen and spline like that’s going to fix it from falling off the frame. This is their end result after 6 months and $1800. 00 !! Shop at Lowe’s!!!
Everytime I come here the employees ALWAYS give me attitude. I just wanted to know where a door jam kit was. But I'll just got to Lowe's.

Look at that. Just got my new refrigerator delivered and the doors DO come off. Last week Home Depot delivery guys insisted that they were not allowed to take the doors off for delivery. So I returned Home Depot’s refrigerator and purchased another at HOMETOWN BRAND CENTER IN BRODHEADSVILLE!!!
It’s always a great time with awesome employees!
Asked for help cutting a chain and the guy was annoyed. Had an employee walk into and didn’t apologize. Had another employee stop and put a cart in front of where I was standing. The cashier in the garden section did not want to help me. She could not be bothered by me. Horrible experience today at 2:49.
