I walked in and grabbed a cart to do some shopping today and as I'm looking at bulbs to plant at my home a emploee just walked up and grabbed my cart and walked away with it to give to another customer. Didn't ask if I was using it just grabbed it and walked away. Very rude...
The disrespect that a manager gave to a man who fights for our freedom in Spokane Valley, Washington doesn't deserve to get any business!
Very disappointed in your Lumbet/Building Supplies. We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for vinyl fencing for our yard. 15 minutes before the appointment on Saturday, after we changed our plans, the Estimator called to cancel and "maybe" he could make it next Saturday. We told him to forget it and you have lost about $4,000 in business. We will also tell others how undependable your services are.
Just had two rude employees when I asked for help finding tape. Asked one for help and was barked at that he was with another customer when no one else was around. Sorry I'm not a mind reader. Other when I asked for help just stared at me with a what do you want look. Yeesh. I guess my fault for asking for help.
A big shout out to Drew working in the garden center. What an asset to your store and its customers. He is by far the most helpful store associate I have ever encountered. Too bad he can't be cloned. This man deserves a raise.
I had a great experience at Home Depot in Peoria today. I got immediate help without even having to ask for it. They had the product I wanted. By the time I got my product and it was carried out to my car for me the whole process took probably less than 10 minutes. So I am a new convert to Home Depot.
They need to change their store hours to closing at 9:55. Needed one item knew exactly what I needed and could get in and out of the store by 10 but they locked the door early and screwed me on my project. That's why I'll shop at lumberyards and paint stores from now on.
