Our Upright Freezer was giving us fits. I tried twice to speak to someone in appliances yesterday with no one answering my calls. I called Sherman’s in Peoria at 5:30 pm and had a new freezer delivered by 9 am today! That’s customer service!
Went there to find a ton of beautiful indoor plants. Picked them up and they were SOAKED. Covered in fungus gnats and spider mites. Buyer beware before bringing plants home to infest your other plants. Home Depot, please train your employees on proper plant maintenance!
Did a lot of shopping there this month. I got a lot of their special buys. I haven’t had a bad situation.
Good place to look for home use parts
I was called that I won a $25 gift card...STILL have yet to receive it. This was almost 2 weeks ago? Not via email/spam-mail, not via postal mail. Is this some sort of scam, HD?
I did not go to the Store. I just moved into Bradford Woods apartments. Had no clue why my shower wouldn't work for me. I tried everything. So I looked up the type of system it was and saw that Home Depot had the same one. So I called up the plumbing department after trying to talk to bathroom and kitchens that couldn't figure out what I was saying. I have been standing at the paint counter waiting for assistance for 10 minutes and no one has been here so I went to the service desk and was told the paint guy was on break and to wait. I don't mind a worker getting a break but why not have backup? This is why I go to will go to Lowes from now on.
