Paid $700 for "professional patio door installation". Installers chipped 4 tiles while removing the old door. Installers wanted to put silicone caulk on chips and glue them back to the tile. Door leaked after installation, took installer and then door manufacturer 4 more attempts to get the door to close properly. Opened claim on chipped tile and claim was refused because home depot has wording in their contract that minor damage may occur. Usually we get good customer service here. We Picked up an echo hedge clipper HC 152 at home depot afew months back. It started to have problems the first month we were using it... As i would be hedge clipping if i took my hand of the trigger it would sputter out and i would have to restart it... Now it won't start at all?... Super frustrating... Now we are stuck with no hedge clippers at the beginning of summer!.. I guess we should start buying our equipment at a lawn equipment place?...
