Everytime I come into this home depot location . I get bad service all the time. from doing installs with them just to say I had to wait 2 years for a window install job that has yet to be completed fully. to the poor customer recieved at the service desk . every interaction with floor assistance is mostly awful. there is no one to answer your questions or even offer assistance in any way. the customer service desk woman do absolutely nothing to assist you. most of the workers don't do anything to try to say hello. your outs... read more
I've always loved Home Depot and lately I've been having bad experiences there. so looking at other people's reviews on here and you look at the year previous years it seems like they had good reviews this past year not so good they really suck now
Just bought some herbs for our garden
Don’t buy. Ordered new refrigerator. Was told I would receive a 30 minute phone call. I did not. It was just dropped off. I inspected it and it’s damaged. They refuse to take it back. I was told they have “No remorse” from the gentleman in the phone with Home Depot. Poor customer service

When the only cashiers in view are so busy talking blatantly about another cashier... probably elsewhere WORKING... calling THEM disrespectful. Only when I gave a look did they even acknowledge me - #sad #yesiheardyou #lowes #neverknowwhoiknow!!!!!

Their staff is so incompetent and don’t know anything about helping in their departments. In July my husband went in seeking help on a dryer plug. They said he needed to change it from 3 to 4 prong. It started an electrical fire! Their “claims” department IE lawyers, are saying the store said he needed a professional. It is lies!!
Hate is such a harsh word . It should not take 2 people at least an hour to tell us they are out of one particular microwave. That's where I'll stop.
