The worst experience in trying to buy a washer machine ever. All I wanted was a washer with no warranty all but the employee decided to put a 5 years protection plan that cost extra $100.00 dollars. Apparently it's easy to sale and take your money out of your account but to returned it takes them 5 business days.Their costumer service doesn't know what their doing lack of communication and experience. Now for me to get the protection plan money back I have to call GE costumer service explain why I returning the warranty that... read more
