Worst parking lot to get out of, takes longer to get out of the complex than it takes to shop. They don't price match Amazon. Customer service person had poor attitude
There associates are so rude and act like you are bothering them when you ask a question.
I was at your location 350 N Alafaya Trail 32828. A big Shout Out needs to go Edward (tall balding reddish blonde) and Radiel (?) Hispanic looking both men were working around the plumbing area.... I am employed at Universal Studios Orlando. Working on a big project for my department, I needed to make a "O" ring that would be big enough to accommodate my project...these 2 men hooked me up with the cable and clamps needed.....their ABOVE/BEYOND EFFORTS went ahead and clamped my ends for ME!!! Great Black Friday experience. They had all advertised items easily accessible and ready to go. The staff was extremely helpful and a team member even approached me int the parking lot help me load my items into my car and then took my cart for me.
I picked up a Christmas tree ordered on line by my daughter. There was a couple of people in line ahead of me and I wasn't sure where the pick up line is. A very nice gentleman told where to go. There was only 1 person ahead me so I didn't wait too long. The older gentleman in the cashier was very helpful. The young gentleman ( I'm sorry I didn't get their names) seeing I'm walking with a cane stayed all the time and even brought my tree in my car. He even refuse a small tip I'm was giving him. We are an electrical contractor and we get the majority of our material from the Alafaya store for one reason... Kim in the electrical department. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. If she doesn't have what we need she can either recommend a great substitution or find what we want at another location. We've shopped at other Home Depots (and Lowe's for that matter) and no other store has an employee that even comes close to her expertise. Kim, you make running our business so much easier. Thanks!!!
