Marlon was VERY helpful at this store! It was not even his department, and he went above and beyond to help me. I believe it was also his first week, and he was so knowledgeable! I always prefer this store, even if they do not carry as many items as the one on 8th street. The 8th street staff is always rude and not helpful. Thank you to Marlon again. 🙂
Lack of communication and lack of follow up with a custom order. I have had plywood for an entire two weeks and I haven’t been called back by the installation coordinator. In addition my order was not placed as “urgent”. So disappointing! It was a very expensive door too.
they fired people for the wrong reasom
I had a great experience with this store. My thanks to Heliana and Leigh. They helped me with my kitchen project, always ready to jump in whenever I had a problem. Great, great service! The store manager is also very nice and polite and always available. Problems do occur but they never took long to solve it!
Just moving here from Nj. This is the worst I ever seen. Lack of costumer service, people hiding instead of offering help, dirty, lack of knowledge of were things are in the store. My recommendation get rid of everyone and start over.
