Never bring any of your tools to repair here. They took mine and broke it even more. It took many weeks to get it back. Another Home Depot repair Center agreed with me that they had damaged my tool there so it got sent to the Atlanta repair Center. After more than 7 months I got my tool back yesterday even more broken than it was. They gave me a $200 gift card (which does not cover the entire price of the tool) and said they couldn't do anything else for me. All the wasted time and money. It's unbelievable.
They lost our business tonight. Went to buy lumber. In store was $9.27, online was $8.87. Manager would not match the price- said we could order it online and have it shipped- even though it was in stock. Said we would go across the street to Lowes and he didn't try to stop us. Lowes didn't have to match the price because they were $.10 cheaper. Poor service Home Depot!!
My husband and I in the last month have spent thousands with Home Depot in apopka remodeling our home. But every time my husband goes to Home Depot to make his purchases he is watched like hawk and is profiled like he is going to steal something. We will be taking our business directly across the street to Lowes. Thank you!
Very sad, the manager will let people return stolen items and give them store credit but won't let me exchange my Milwaukee tape that has a manufacturer warranty. She told me I need a receipt. It's very dissapointing because I have returned these tapes to different locations throughout the u.s and had no problem exchanging them for another one because home depot honors there manafactures warrenty. Beware! Do not trust Home Depot! I ordered a corian countertop from a sample they gave me and it looks nothing like the sample. I was then told that on the back of the sample in very small writing, you must have a magnifying glass, it says there will be random veining, well that would have been nice to know. The sales person definitely should have told us this and we would have never ordered this color. Looks like huge grease smears all over our tan countertop. ????? How deceptive is that. Your customer service is not good at all, one of your customer service representative hung the phone up in my face. Also you'll don't really price match as you'll promise. Someone need to train the work and those that handle complaint what your policy say. AS of now I will never do business with you'll again. KIMBERLY Ren is the worst store Manager I have ever seen.
