i'm typically a lowes girl, however i was referred to a home depot brand artificial christmas tree so i went to the store looking for the perfect tree. i had a very specific question about the warranty and jamie at the customer service desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer my question. she was so sweet and sweet and professional the entire time and got my question answered. thank you so much for the amazing service! merry christmas! �

I will never rent anything from your store again. Called 3 times to reserve a truck and was told by William that it was held for me just to watch the guy in front of me in line drive off with it. Then rented a trailer that is listed 24 bucks for 4 hours. Had the trailer for 2 hours and got charged 28 bucks for 3 hours. Sorry but your rental department needs to be revamped. I will never rent anything from your store or any other home depot again. Hope everyone sees that there better off renting (trucks or trailers ) from UHAL... read more

Called about renting a boom lift. Said I needed it for tomorrow. Was told you have 2. Drove all the way there to rent one only to find that they were ALREADY rented and they were rented long before I called. I say to the guy at the counter I just called and I was told you had 2. He says we do have 2 but they aren't here. Waste of my time, fuel and patience!!! EPIC FAIL!!!!
