Went to get an estimate for granite. 1 employee available. No other customer around. He graciously allowed me about 10 minutes of his valuable time, said he needed to leave. I had to email him my plans and he would get back with me. What has happened to customer service?
This store does not stand behind their 48 hour product replacement policy as stated on the website. Our new refrigerator quit dispensing the day after delivery. We reported it, was told we would receive a new fridge according to their policy, yet the only person on the planet that can make this happen is the Customer Order Specialist, who keeps sending technicians out to try to fix it instead (3 so far, waiting on the 4th). Two "managers" even said we were due a new fridge, according to their policy; yet we are still waiting... read more
