Very huge store,staff most of the time is available to help when you need it & they have everything you need in your household. Great location in northern Jersey.
Nothing like buying a window air conditioner, dragging it home, hiring someone to install it then find out when you open the box that a bag of screws are missing and the side accordions are missing from the AC. This looks like someone returned it. I know it's not easy, buy you should do a better job of inspecting returns BEFORE putting them back on the shelf. Not happy about this one.
