On hold for fifteen minutes to speak with someone. Not acceptable!
Went into Home Depot looking for a new door and new lock , I was greeted by a worker right away . Mark helped me put the door in the cart and helped my pick out a good lock . I didn't expect all of the individual help , he went out of his way to get me to the register and called for someone to put it into my car . Great customer service . I got what I needed and was done in a short amount of time .
Stood at paint department for 8-10 minutes no one NOONE ASSISTED ME! Even after getting attention of an employee chick fixed on playing around in the spray can aisle. Maybe 12 noon ain't a good time to buy paint at this location, idk... I'm pissed, went to Lowes for some damn paint.
I am so disappointed with Home Depot & LG that I will never buy another LG appliance or another appliance from Home Depot. I ordered an LG Stove and Microwave on November 22nd and the delivery people dropped and dented the stove and argued with me about taking it back and just left. I have gotten many, many appliances over the years from Home Depot with no problem and always recommend Home Depot and LG, but never again. I can't tell who's serve is worse...LG or Home Depot. Don't buy an appliance there. Go to Lowes or PC Rich... read more
It's not even Halloween, two weeks before, and the Christmas decorations are out already! OMG
Update!!! We waited another 4 hours. From 330-730pm. I called Home Depot to find out a note was put in the system saying the Home Delivery America Company called me to notify me the machine was damaged!! with several dents. No one called me. I wonder if the damage is in retaliation of my negative review.
