I have 20 X 10ft boards. I need 14 of the boards cut at the 6ft mark Leaving 14 boards at 6ft & 14 boards at 4ft If this guy asks me how many boards I need at 4ft and how many at 6ft again, Or if he should cut at the 4ft mark or 6ft mark one more time.... someone is loosing fingers! 🖕
@HomeDepot I went to our local homedepot (Hackensack) today to get some veggie seeds and soil. Along with that is an indoor plant since we figure there is no tape or barrier around that area why not get it now. This personnel of yours (not helping us) came at the register where we were checking out and made a comment “ah there it is! Is that necessary? Is that necessary?” pointing hands towards us and left to get a mask. I mean are employees taught to tell us what is necessary and what’s not? That made me think it’s because ... read more
the associates are not professionall they don’t even know the kickdoor plate.so bad!
Useless staff, no product knowledge , will not engage customers, nothing is proactive
This particular Home Depot is a nightmare. I came in for ONE thing, a vanity cabinet which I knew exactly what and where it was. I asked 3 separate associates who said they would help take it down, and they abandoned me and never came back. I finally got a manger, Nikki, and she helped me after standing in the aisle and waiting for someone for 45 minutes. I get called "baby" at the checkout and when I need help getting the cabinet into my car, again no one shows. All the while hobbling along in my boot from a foot injury. I ... read more
