My local Home Depot. Management and staff at this store are always most friendly and helpful. I couldn't begin to think how much I've spent here over the years but I've never had a problem with anything I bought. Tiles, tools, paint, gardening equipment, appliances I've bought the lot and have been really happy with my purchases. Keep up the good work guys
Bought a BRAND NEW washer and upon installation the washer has been leaking water all over my garage floor. Didn't even use it! After 3 weeks of multiple calls-many of which we were told we'd get a call back and never did.....we're being told we won't get a new washer till January because of the holidays. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority! We live 3 minutes from a Home Depot and looked forward to shopping there for our new home but now we'll be going elsewhere for our home improvement needs!
