I called about a delivery from this store - the phone just rings and no one ever picks up - 1 hours and 39 mins and no pick up I call 4 more times with the same results - I called the Kissimmee store and they picked up on the 2nd ring. I guess I am going with the Kissimmee store.

I called this Home Depot Center 3 times concerning a refrigerator I purchased that was delivered and stopped working after 6 hours. So every time I called each time someone at the front desk picked up the telephone and hung it up. This was after the phone rang approximately 25 times. I never had an issue like this where I was disrespected to the point where I made a post. I couldn't even get through to a manager. I would never recommend Poinciana Fl Home Depot to anyone.
