Took over an hour to get a stove. Ridiculous. Went and told people in appliances what we wanted after waiting 35 mins. Finished shopping for another 30 some odd mins. Went to go pick it up and had to wait another 30 mins for someone to bring it out to put in my truck. Should have been up front waiting for us. Not for us to get there and wait even longer.

Unbelievably horrible customer service. Online order for pickup last week. Get to service desk, wait 15 minutes for someone to come out and ask what we ordered (this is after customer service already told them what the order was and our name). Then, rather than getting the order and bringing it to us, he says to follow him to go pick it up off the shelf. We get to the location, and they only have two of the four items that I ordered on the Shelf. He then has to call somebody else to drive a lift. That guy doesn't know where ... read more

My parents bought a refrigerator at this store and it started to give trouble(it's not working properly,the freezer is not working, of course forget about ice maker working. They went back to the store to complain about it and see what could be done and basically it's up to the warranty now because it's been exactly a month. I expected better customer service given that they're paying good money for the product. Of course after this we are taking our business to other store where they care about customers.

I always go to take my son to the kids workshop, they always have this lady Millie that works that kids table, she is the sweetest, most patience employee to deal with kids. A plus greeters are awsome in this store also!!!
