They doubled charged me the deposit for renting a truck and over-drafted my bank account! I have had a negative amount in my account for over a WEEK because of these idiots that refuse to fix this. All this for a lousy $20 truck rental! Will absolutely never be returning to a Home Depot ever again. They stole my money and will not give it back or even reply to me!
By firing most of the staff and retrain on customer service. I have never been to a more disrespectful lazy store. No matter how many times you talk to corporate nothing changes. Was told i had to go to 6 different locations to get all the cabinet hinges i needed they refused to order them for me and told me to go to lowes. Even though inventory showed multiple🤬🤬 cases in stock didn't want to look. Wont help me because i don't speak spanish and my wife gets hit on or treated like garbage by staff.

Most unhelpful staff at this location, had a 2 second question and was told to ask someone else as the employee walked away. Second employee seemed bothered to help. Thanks for the poor treatment and service.
We are constantly making purchases from this location for work - spending THOUSANDS of dollars - ordering a day or two in advance so the order will be ready and still EVERY single time, I am spending 3 to 5 hours waiting on my order. I will see other customers both with my company and others come in after me and leave before me, even when my order was placed 2 days ago. Went through this again today. The service was great but there were bottled water coming in on pallets and gone from people grabbing them immediately no limit per customer and crazy long lines bc of Hurricane Irma I just needed drywall mud took me an hour.
