Didn't have what I wanted, but the Free Coffee ☕️ was good 😊
Their customer service in the carpet Department definitely sucks big time we've been here about 40 minutes now we're leaving because we can't seem to get anybody to help us
Worst service... Using a third party for windows and they flaked on coming out.. Didn't get a phone call till 55 minutes pass the scheduled time they set... I will never use home depot for anything again...
Called for availability on equipment rental. Told it was there and gave me the price. Drove all the way over, go inside, guy says "it's broken"! Really?! You could have told me that BEFORE I drove over there! It also took 15+ min and 6 employees to get my phone call to the right Dept. They seem clueless and don't give a crap as long as they get a paycheck.
