Home Depot was supposed to deliver trex deck material to my parents house yesterday. My mom called and they told her the truck had came but no one wanted to unload it so they took it back. Today she calls and they tell her there is only one delivery truck and that truck is coming from Mcammon and the 6 hour max that the delivery guy has is coming to an end. It took more than an hour to process an order with them. Won't come back!
I bought some appliances less than 2 weeks ago. 1 of them isn't working, called the manufacturer of the appliance and they sent out a repair technician. He was not able to fix the appliance. Home depot refuses to take the unit back and exchange it for a different one. So now I'm out $500, have a destroyed floor due to water damage and have to buy another dishwasher. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. Home depot has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with!!!
Can't even say how disappointed I am at this point with the store! I arrived yesterday at the store and found some trees and shrubs that I wanted to buy did not have my truck with me was told come back tomorrow they were are still 75% off. Came back to ring them up and they told me oh sorry The one sitting right by the sign are not to 75% off but every other one in the entire place is ! Really! Worker was very rude!
I used to love this store. We spend a ton of money here, then we ordered a bunch of cabinets, took forever to get and they ordered the wrong size and not enough.. now we get to wait another month to finish our kitchen.
Guy in the appliance section rather sit at his desk than help customers.. Went in to buy a washer, hoping for a price match to the one at Lowes, had a picture and tag info and the guy wouldn't even look it up to match the price on the same washer... Needless to say.. went back to Lowes and got my washer there...
