Been trying to purchase OSB and have to travel from out of town to shop there. After calling in and being told they had some available I was advised I could NOT pay to hold it until I arrived to pick it up. Drove 2 hours to get there and was rudely told they didn’t have any! Worst place ever! I am in collections for a window order that was cancelled. They took my money and when the bank cancelled the check because of the situation, they sent me to collections! They will do absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation! Will never shop there again!
Poor customer service. Pointing a customer in a direction of item is not okay. 4 at customer service and 1 in front and none of them to assist. What r they getting paid for? Prices increases expected to pay for their wages. Lowe’s for me. Shame on Home Depot.
