I ordered a washer and dryer and was told I would receive it within 2 weeks. Today was 14 days and I found out they are on back ordered until April. I was pretty upset since you don't just buy a washer and dryer for fun. Fortunately the staff at home depot was able to help me get a washer and dryer that they had in store that I could take home today. I can not stress how impressed I am with Stevie's customer service. Don't post an event to sign up for then no one knows anything about it when you show up. Then we go ask to get information workers ignore you and don't even bother explaining anything to us. This is the second time this store has no clue how to treat customers. Waste of time.

Went and bought a fridge from Nickie at home depot .she helped me with next day delivery � thank you Nickie you have great customer service skills and you where very helpful thank you for going above and beyond in your job I went in with a bad mood because we had been looking all day even though she was thrown attitude she was nice even changed my attitude by the time I left.
