I've been shopping at this HD for over ten years. They have outgrown their "employee to consumer ratio" and it's virtually impossible to get help in that store. Very troublesome for me personally when you can't find what you want or need and just leave in frustration.

This particular location only does the 10% military discount for $50. This is how they honor the service of our military men & women. I hope other people will boycott this location. The one in Seguin or Live Oak does NOT do this. The New Braunfels, Tx location will NEVER get any more of my business!
I can't believe they have people out in garden on heat advisory days with no ice water, no misters, no breaks to cool down! When an employee passes out then will they do something!!!!
I am very very disappointed with this location. I have had three horrible experiences trying to buy appliances and I'm never buying from this location again! Thank cannot deliver!!!!!
Love the fact that Kane at the New Braunfels, TX location can think outside the box!!! We had to load a 12 foot (approx. 200lb) roll of vinyl flooring and 2 pallets of Laminate Flooring approx (900lbs each), and all the extras that goes with those materials when the customer only has a 4x8ft utility trailer and room in the back of a 7 seater SUV!
