The corporate company policy has set up mini monopolies. This store's subcontractor has a three week backlog for door installs. Instead of having enough staff to handle the jobs they are booking, this subcontractor has customers wait three weeks between demo and install. There were 3 people in the appliance section sitting on their computers doing online order only two had customer one didnt. while we waited Patiently for over 20 min already knowing which washer and dryer to purchase. They closed up the garden center at 7 pm, when thier sign says 8 pm. Glad 3 min away LOWES was ready and very willing to take my money and honor their posted hours! Thank Depot, I am LOWES strong now.

Home Depot, Please explain how you can change a delivery date on an appliance order without informing the customer? the customer service is so bad i now think of it walmart of hardware. why? because theres no help there at all. you ask for help and they just stand there and do nothing.
We ordered a park. Received it through a third party delivery company that damaged one of the 4 huge boxed items. Couldn’t get through to anyone In the 4 days I constantly tried contacting HD- text, email, and calling. My husband had to blast them on Facebook before anyone helped us and their resolution for our issue is to return the entire 4 box park and go buy another one as they can’t replace it. right now. you forced us to have our order delivered instead of pick up. order delivery was suppose to be yesterday... no order. your store can not tell me where it is, online shows it being picked up still, 1800 number says delivery attempt was made and note left how to get order ( we have been here and there is no note), texted 4 hrs ago, no response, now on hold for 1 hr and still waiting on an order i would have preferred to pick up.
Hey Home Depot. Maybe consider giving essential employees priority through your store entrance lines. Just saying not really fair for a working plumber to have to wait in line for 45min, on his 5th out of 6 jobs, on a Saturday, with everyone else who HAS to buy their plants and crap because they have time during quarantine. You as a company should recognize the difference between supporting essential services, and making a profit. Absolute bull crap!!!
