It’s a friendly place where women feel respected. I like the fact there are female employees I can speak to if I wish. My cashier was very helpful and patient.
Their appliance return policy stinks. I have a completely, unused and unopened $1100 gas cooktop just sitting in my garage that the gas company said would work in our house. After we bought it and they showed up for install, they said it wasn't possible to use it. I called Home Depot and explained the situation and the manager has the liberty to decide to take it back and they refused because it was out of their "48 hour" period. It's now three weeks that our household is without a working washing. Original washer went out. Actually went to Best Buy and after they failed to deliver an undamaged washer TWICE, I turned to Home Depot. Washer just got delivered, and guess what? The entire front panel is crushed in. So damaged and nonworking. Was refused. Now I'm being told that it will be 3 to 5 DAYS before I get a call to set up a new delivery. How, in any number of alternate realities, is this considered as good customer service? How?
WARNING! There is an assit manager “Kasey” that has lied and created extremely dangerous situations. She will call the cops on you. She has a habit of escalation , drawing a crowd , postures and then run you off with the threat of cop calling. I find her an angry woman, abusive to seniors ( on multiple occasions) and one to dish it out. Everything they sell I can buy on amazon, much cheaper too. Never have been navigati e about anything on FB until HD. It's seems it's not customer sevice is the last thing Will go back because of the prices but will alway check Lowe's first I'm sorry it came to this
Couldn't really find what i was looking for & really couldn't find any employees to help me, I re-sorted to my smartphone & tried to look up items by isle & bay (like at lowes) but unfortunately that idea failed as h.d. does not offer this extra feature. Needless to say after 25-minutes i just gave up & yep, you guessed it, I went to Lowes & got everything i needed in less than 15-mintues.
