2.5 hrs to do some returns because Joyce did not know what she was doing and multiple assistant managers had to be called in to help her navigate the system MULTIPLE times. Never coming back here. Only come if you want to experience massive problems and delays. If you do risk it and end up getting screwed, prepare to wait hours in the store. You were warned!!
The worst Home Depot ever !!! Is two cashiers for register and they are more busy charging their phones that looking around for customers handling heavy stuff. When FINALLY was my turn one decide it was break time , while the other girl move my stuff to another register, 35 minutes to take care of 3 customers. We need some more lower rating than just one star
Wow!! What A HUGE IMPROVEMENT! Juan and Josh M! Talk about customer service! You guys rock! Living and the city I am use to bad customer service. You want to be treated well you have to go out to the suburbs. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of care and attendance to detail! Thank you thank you! Happy shopper.
Was visiting chicago for 1st țime and took wrong exit and couldn't find a bathroom. But I found a handy dandy home depot, being from the orange family myself ( FES @ 3860 in massillon,Ohio ) I told my & husband we could go there . Sure enough the associates were very helpful and beer friendly. Thanks for being so awesome and living our core values! !!! You guys rock***.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing carpet. After paying $35 dollars to have someone come to my place to measure, then having the home depot representative tell about the 10% competitive pricing guarantee I ended up less $35 for measuring and not only did they not stand by the 10% pricing guarantee, I left the store feeling like I just got hit by a train. I will tell all my friends and family to not use them EVER!

Buying appliances from home depot is easy--having them delivered is a joke. Today was the SIXTH failed attempt at delivery for a washer and dryer set I purchased in NOVEMBER. This company is unreliable, has made multiple false promises and has attempted to deliver appliances that were not even boxed. I THOUGHT I PAID FOR NEW APPLIANCES. They continue to repeat the same mistakes in their (non)delivery. Each attempt requires a 4 hour window (which is not given until the evening before.)
