seriously needs a new 3rd party shipper. my appliances have been reordered once because the shipper damaged them. then rescheduled 3 times also because of the shipper. I will never order anything from home depot.
Large selection of everything compares to other Home Depot. A lot of workers and assistance.
Have employee take responsibility for the short comings of the store and the failures of the out sourced employees aka installers most of whom are incompetent. Issue refunds for returns in a timely manner and stop giving customers the run around.
I get what I need for work on top of a elote and Depot dog. Can't go wrong.
No customer service! I requested 5 pages and all went unanswered. Nobody came by to say, sorry no one was available, NOTHING!!!!

I was highly surprised that the guys that delivered my washer/dryer unit, did not know how to uninstall the old one. Failed Delivery Attempt #1. Now, everything is pushed back another week. 😑

4 mos since HD/Four Seasons trashed my house. Am starting social media campaign to let others know not to use HD or Four Seasons heating and air through them - they did 10K worth of damage to my house and refuse to take responsibility. Don't use these guys. Feel free to reach out with questions.
