It's facken huge and has most stuff other HD don't. They suck at plants tho.
This rating is solely based on their construction services in Illinois. Having my basement finished was sold to me as a 2-week project. It was supposed to be completed by the end of December, then again in January...it's now April and no end in sight. I love Home Depot as a store, but can't believe they do such an unbelievably bad job in construction.

Best customer service ever!! My Roomie and I walked in for paint around 1030pm and were greeted by at least 8 people. If I needed help, I sure wouldn't have had a problem finding someone.
