Usually get excellent service here but tonight was awful. Associates in hardware were completely clueless about the Bosch power tool we needed to get bits for. When I finally googled and figured out what I needed myself, they took over 20 minutes to get the key to unlock the darn thing. Worst part is that the manager on duty Thomas didn't even bother to come talk to us. Even though he had the key they were trying to find the whole time. This location needs to do better. Or maybe I just need to take my business elsewhere.
