Just had the worst customer experience with Guy in Kitchen & Appliances. I've never had someone be so dismissive and condensing! He wouldn't help me price cabinets and actually told me to do it myself!. Home Depot just lost my kitchen business. The manager Thomas was very nice in trying to smooth things over, but I won't be back there.
I purchased a $1700 dollar lawn tractor from Home depot in Sandusky Ohio, on-line and was suppose to receive a $100 e-gift card within 14 days by email and never received it. 1st time I called they said they would take care of it give them a couple days. I gave them 2 weeks, still nothing. I called back and the man on the line told me that there is no way for him to check on the offer that it was my responsibility to make sure I got it that it is to late now.
