Personnel is rude and there is long waiting for paint.
Worst customer service in this getto HD. Never again. I hadn't seen such horrible people ever.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years. My latest experience has been terrible. I ordered rugs on 1/6/17 which was to be a one week shipping to the installer. it is 1/30/17 and they finally promised installation on 2/1. The store never contacted me about the delay. Every time I questioned the sales person the answer would be it will be another week. The store should have contacted me when they found out that there was a delay and given me the option to pick a different carpet or cancel the order. My house has be... read more
