I need a closet shelf for my bedroom and I’ve tried on two occasions to purchase one at Home Depot. I need it trimmed/cut down because my closet is smaller than the standard shelf size. The saw in the lumber section has been “broken” for two weeks. I called yesterday so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then the same person that was taking care of me, when asked AGAIN if the saw was fixed, said I’m yeah no, no it’s broken and that’s it. Very spot on.. love to come shopping and love their price match option. But dislike annoying “antics” sometimes (but vicinity wise too), but hey that’s all over the place, right... 😑 Gotten better “a tad” though....

The young man in the paint department helped me with picking out a few colors that I wanted. This was my first time going to Home Depot alone and getting things for my apt and I appreciate the service I received
