Keeping the customer informed when awaiting a delivery. I have spent Wed-Thursday awaiting delivery of wood for my flooring The installer came and asked me where was the wood! OK we will do it next Thursday -wood will be delivered on Monday - I have waited in all day - a worker at the depot till 10pm but the wood is supposed to be in the space for three days. This store is horrible. On March 29th I got robbed inside the store by the paint desk, & no one helped. First they didn't want to look at the cameras, then they supposedly said the cameras don't point to anything (when there are about 4-5 security cameras in that area) we waited for about 6 hours before the so called security came out to tell us they didn't even call the cops. Obviously, they don't care about their paying customers, or what happens to them while in their store. It was horrible security and customer service. ... read more
I'm always in either one of the locations. I pay my bill or just purchasing something because I love doing home improvement jobs. I'm in here at least 2 - 3 times a month. Customer.service can be a little more professional, but other than that I get what I need then I'm out.
Never a problem returning any items. Best store policy ever!!!
I really hope that we caught them on a bad day. I would hate to think that this is the norm for a store because they are in a neighborhood of color. Beginning with a faulty cart that nobody could help us fix or find a relacement for, it just got worst by the moment. This place needs some serious customer service training. The management should be ashamed of themselves. Employees on cell phones, talking to each other, shrugging their shoulders and just saying flat out "I don't know" and walking away.
