We bought a bunch of stuff paid for in home delivery, specifying that especially one item that would be over 600 pounds would be too heavy for my wife to carry in the apartment. They refuse to take it past the lobby, apparently I paid for something that does not exist. Delivery guy just left had to call 2 different stores, spent hours on hold, got hung up on 3 times and their solution is a delivery on Monday between 8am and 8pm, so 2 adult men have to take a day off of work to accept their delivery.
