they are ridiculous, $888 to install an exterior door, the install costs more than the door yet when you go into the store, the doors in the store show get this door installed for $375.00

Best store for everything
i try not to go to home depot. is usually messy, cant get help, when your looking for something that u know its always in the same aisle and shelve its not there. its aggravating so i rather order it thru amazon ect.
for starters, they can start by making sure people respect the handicapped parking set aside for the disabled!!! and second they (Home Depot) shouldn't be so nonchalant when a disabled customer calls their "customer care" department with concerns about such issues. Maybe the Americans with Disabilities would like to make themselves available to hear my concerns, because it's OBVIOUS that 'Home Depot" doesn't care about it's disabled customer base!!!! I was at this home depot today and i got my stuff and went to the register to check out After about 5 minutes on line the cashier named DOROTHY was the rudest customer service person you could encounter. She just told me that she was closing that register before me i was astonished and i asked told her she could not do that because i was already there for about 5 minutes her reply was" I don't care i can not pass my time" So to all this i asked for a manager to report her but i never got any manager and she just closed the r... read more
Horrible service one of the associates was very rude to me went in there with my small Havanese mixed dog her attitude towards me was disgusting saying that i had to take my dog out of the store when clearly there was no signs saying service dogs only her entire attitude was very horrible and that’s no the way to treat customers I won’t ever go to this store ever again
