Here is the critique I sent to Home Depot. It is in two parts because they asked two separate questions.I entered your order twice online because it kept switching one item to ship to my house on its own. There were 32 of the isms shown at the store yeah they kept doing it. Shout out to the manager Conner today who handled an uncomfortable and confrontational situation in Lawn and Garden. I witnessed a customer be rude, degrading, and disgusting to an employee named Nick. Long story short the manger handled the rude customer with professionalism and direct attitude. Still waiting 9 months for a refrigerator that was delivered damaged to be replaced. Unbelievably bad customer service and follow through. Emails and calls unanswered.

After paying a ridiculously inflated amount of 400$ for a PUSH LAWNMOWER it's 3 days late on the delivery and you guys can't tell me anything more than it's on the way. What a crap store. You guys will never get a another dime from me.Oh it gets better. Not even 4 moths old and this. The engine has busted at the deck from who knows what. I needed help getting deck blocks. They were on an unopened pallet on a high shelf. There was only one person working the garden center, and he couldn't leave the register. He did call to have someone to come for customer assistance, but 45 munutes later, no one came. He called a second time, and still, no one came. Worst customer service ever. Consistently horrible. 1. One checkout person in gardening who couldn’t check me out because she didn’t know how to find a price. Said it’s not her Dept. I ended up leaving my whole basket. 2. No shopping carts (consistent prob) in gardening even with few customers. After walking to other side of store for a cart, the wheels wouldn’t work. 3. This is not about a specific store. I went in yesterday to make a purchase. They have changed their military discount policy. No longer do you simply give your phone number after previously showing your ID. You must now sign up on the app and prove your status. I uploaded my mil ID and it says additional doc required. What else besides your ID? They are simply trying to make it more difficult to get the discount…very disappointed!

We ordered a chainsaw in store to have it delivered to our home. While ordering the chainsaw, it was ringing us at the incorrect price. It took them three employees and 45 minutes to figure out how to correct the price. Then, when we noticed the chainsaw had not been delivered by the expected delivery date, we immediately contacted the store. They informed us that the purchase was cancelled. We had not canceled it.
