I ordered a washer and pedestal in April, the delivery was rescheduled multiple times. I was assured my washer would be delivered on 6/25/22. I called that day to check on my delivery and they said I was number seven and it would be there soon. I never got my washer - it was on backorder and never made it on the delivery truck!! They have a terrible extended warranty on washing machines. It took 3 weeks to get my machine repaired!!! The stores GM was no help in expediting the service. So once they sell you the appliance the store is done with you. Shame on Home Depot!!
I purchased a GE washer in January. Had to call repair three times in 6 months. Called the store manager to ask about replacement. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this store. They don't stand behind what they sell.
We were on hold over 10 minutes on my first call and then over 15 minutes on my second call. I do not recommend this particular Home Depot at all. The employees pick up the phone, and they do not greet you they place you directly back on hold. VERY UNFORTUNATE FOR THEM AS WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE NOR WILL WE SHOP THERE. Do something with your Unprofessional Employees. These are the weeds of your business, not going to reach your companies goals with such delinquent people!
