I have had a miserable experience with Home Depot - Cropsey. I had a new wood laminate floor installed in my kitchen on December 12th 2013 by Home Depot - Cropsey. The job was not completed because the installers came without enough material. To date, the job is still incomplete despite numerous calls to HD and to ACS, the installers. This job has been paid for in full and I still have a kitchen that is unfinished. I think we can all guess as to what my next step must be.
