I really needed help & didn't get shit waited like 15 to 20 minutes call like 3 times then decided to go to Lowes
Went in with questions about door weather striping and couldn't find an employee to answer my questions. Store was very under staffed
The Home Depot was nothing like I expected. Some associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. My husband purchases things there often. I had a difficult time with their credit department, apparently after speaking with the assistant manager, an associate and credit services after you are approved for a line of credit ( 8 weeks ago ) if you don't use it right away you lose it. Will be speaking to manager for 2nd time in less than year for horrible customer service in our visit this evening.This location does not value the customer- not true about all other locations. Rude staff. Hard to find help, ask to have someone called to the aisle for help because employees are hard to track down and then wait for no one to show. Ended up walking away from customer service desk stating thanks for help (or lack there off) and that I would be contacting manager after standing at desk and blatantly being ignore... read more
Watch out if you buy countertops from home depot. The contractor they use named Solid Surfaces will exaggerate the estimate they give and when challenged, will cite "safety issues". If you want to go with Home Depot for countertops, do your homework and take your own measurements. If the numbers they come back with are grossly different, WALK AWAY!
Purchased a Toro self propell lawnmower 350.00 No employees to help load on a cart. Finally someone showed up. At checkout I asked for help to lift in cart they said they would get someone. NO ONE came to assist. Had to put in my vehicle alone.i now understand why they get 2 stars. Should have gone to Greece. Higher rating.
If ever you run into a plumbing issue visit Joe. I know he's there on almost every weekend and he has helped me solve so many problems I feel like I owe him a meal out. Top Notch!
